Hotel as a whole is excellent, I really enjoyed it.

The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is great and awesome, 3 miles from First Covenant Church. 24 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson.

My favorite property in Omaha. A lot of options for satisfactory breakfast. The rooms were nicely furnished, very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff. Location favourable and perfect, near highway. Very nice area right oof the highway.

The hotel offers decent size rooms with balloons, rose pedals plus laundry. Its location is perfectly comfortable and exceptionally nice, near a huge mall and the stadium, very nice area. The place to order lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property is D'leon's Taco Rico.

Good breakfasts, the stay was decent!

I’d say that room was reasonably spacious and quiet, it had a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator, that's convenient Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The location in a very nice area was great and awesome and there were a shopping mall and a big shopping mall nearby.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, right off I-80, which was perfect for us as we were traveling on that freeway. It is a bit far from the city center and downtown, but that actually worked in our favor because driving in the city can be quite a hassle. We were able to easily reach major shopping areas like West Roads Mall and 72nd Street. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities provided everything we needed. The rooms, although smaller than usual, were clean and had an extra television set, which was a bonus for our larger group.

One small area for improvement would be the breakfast service. Although they had a good variety of options, we had to wait until 8 am to eat due to the large number of people attending the College World Series who would eat early.

Hotel was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the studio suite, the room was updated and spotless.

We had a fantastic stay at Towneplace Suites! The room was spacious, like a cozy apartment, and the pool was a great amenity. We loved using the grill for a birthday celebration with family. The staff were accommodating and even allowed us a late checkout. Plus, the location was perfect, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Location really close to the zoo as well as a huge mall. Accommodating staff, fashionable and spotless rooms with a full kitchen.
